Our company has 5 Principles which have guided us through the years:

Price: We will strive to provide services in the most efficient way possible so we can provide fair prices to our customers. We will not waste money and will always look for ways to lower our expenses/costs so we can lower our prices.

Nice: We will be nice to each other and to our patients and visitors. We will be understanding of and empathetic to the needs of each other and our patients.

Image: We will present a healthy image. We will be well groomed, wear our uniforms and badges at all times, be clean and neat in our appearance. We will keep our facilities clean and organized.

Time: We will maintain a sense of urgency in all we do. We will respect our patients and our colleagues by being on time and being honest about wait times.

Improvement: We will consistently measure, track, review and improve our processes so we can be a shining example of the best that healthcare has to offer.
